MCI | myServiceFellow | Experience Service Design
On November 24th myServiceFellow was officially introduced at the international service design conference “DeThinkingService – ReThinkingDesign” in Oslo. The mobile tool designed by Marc Stickdorn at the MCI Innsbruck suits perfect for service designers out in the field. Airports, hotel lobbys, authorities, everything can be documented comfortably via an Android application by different users and then organised and evaluated on a beamer-board via drag-and-drop by the service design team. Sengaro could bring in it’s know-how in Android development and client-server-systems, as well as GWT browser tools.
